9:00~17:00

This temple was constructed nearly 1,400 years ago on the order of the emperor at the site of Naniwano Nagarano Toyosakinomiya Palace. It has survived many conflicts including World War II and has been rebuilt over the years to become known as a local power spot. A bell tower sits next to the entrance inside the grounds, and it is here that a Buddhist ritual is performed, heralding the new year with the ringing of a bell. The sign in front of the gate features photos of the temple before World War II, showing the lively atmosphere of the surroundings.
