Underground bicycle parking lots at the Yanmar HQ building and Osaka Institute of Technology are great for rainy days

This spot is located in central Chayamachi, where you’ll find lots of shops geared toward youngsters. It is convenient for accessing Hankyu Sanban Gai and when taking the Hankyu train. The underground bicycle parking lot has plenty of spaces and is accessible by a dedicated elevator, and both above ground and below ground lots have roofs so you don’t need to worry about rain. There is an entrance to the OIT Tower Osaka Institute of Technology Umeda Campus Underground Bicycle Parking (2) on the east side of the building, however, it may be a bit difficult to find your first time.
