This unique building features a mixture of Western architectural styles while paying homage to Renaissance and neoclassical elements. It was built during the Taisho era to house law firms and celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2021. Long ago, there was a cafeteria and barber shop in the basement, with billiard tables and a bar in the first-floor hall. Now, the first floor is home to a specialty art bookstore and boutique.
