In addition to a lot near Starbucks (2) along National Route 2 on the Kitashinchi side of the Sakurabashi intersection, there are plenty of spots a bit on the south side of the alley in front of Eirakucho Suehirotei (3). Although the lots are a bit away from the Osaka Station area, they offer superb access to the restaurants of Kitashinchi and the Umeda underground shopping areas.
